By using our site, the user agrees to correctly enter all requested data (product or service price selected, shipping price, or any other additional cost even if not directly requested using the forms available to users or by communicating it in advance via email) or to correct them if necessary. Any errors will be considered the user’s responsibility.
Returns and Replacements
If the user needs to make a return or replacement/modification of the purchased product/service, it is important that this request is communicated at least 48 hours in advance of the actual expiration date through the appropriate form on the site. In case the form does not work, the communication can exceptionally be made via email: support@amatoshi.com.
In the case of a return or replacement/modification of the product/service, the processing fee will not be refunded.

Cryptocurrency Transactions
Our site allows payments in cryptocurrencies. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to cryptocurrency transactions. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible; therefore, you must ensure the accuracy of all transaction information before confirming the payment. It is always advisable to accurately check, among other things, the selected cryptocurrency, the chain used, the address, and the amount.
Any error related to transactions will be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the user.

Processing of merchant’s customers’ data
The User (as a Merchant) is obliged to determine the personal data legislation for each its customer and comply with its requirements for each such customer separately. In the cases and in the form stipulated by the personal data legislation, the User (as a Merchant) shall obtain the voluntary consent of its customers or has any other legal basis (legal ground) to collect, store and process customers’ personal data (including by Amatoshi) for the purposes, including but not limited to, of using the Services. The User (as a Merchant) acts as a representative of Amatoshi in relations with the User’s customers on the use of personal data, and also bears full responsibility to its customers for their personal data. The User (as a Merchant) is obliged to inform and in a case stipulated by the personal data legislation obtain the consent of the User’s customers for the transfer of their personal data to Amatoshi and bring to the User’s customers all required information in accordance with the personal data legislation, about Amatoshi as the person to whom the personal data of the User’s customers are transmitted. The User (as a Merchant) undertakes to take and ensures that it has taken all the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s customers’ personal data. In the event that the User violates any personal data legislation and causes losses to Amatoshi as a result of such a violation, the User shall indemnify all losses to Amatoshi.
Third party service providers
- Sometimes we may need to share your data with a third party. We may share your data with our contractors provided these third parties assume confidentiality obligations regarding your personal data. Please, be informed that we may disclose your personal data to the following third parties:
- our group entities or subsidiaries;
- government or law enforcement officials, enforcement, exchange body, central or local government department and other statutory or public bodies or court;
- business partners, suppliers, contractors, sponsors, analytics, search engine providers. We may share your personal information:
- In order to provide our Services to you or to administer them;
- In order to comply with any applicable laws or regulations. This includes exchanging information for the purposes of detecting and investigating fraudulent or unlawful activity and respond to claims and legal process;

Your rights under the policy
We would like you to know, that among other, you have the following rights in relation to your Personal data:
- To access: at any time, you can ask Us about what Personal data of yours We have, how We use it, why We process it etc.
- To correct: you can request that we update, block or delete your Personal data, if the data is incomplete, outdated, incorrect, unlawfully received or there is no need to proceed it anymore;
- To delete: you can ask Us to delete all the Personal data that We have about you. We will also deactivate your account. Please, note, that we cannot restore permanently deleted accounts;
- To object the processing: We will no longer process your Personal data, but We can still keep them;
- To transfer (in certain specific circumstances): if you wish, you can ask Us to download (export) all Personal data.
- To lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: you are entitled to file a complaint against Amatoshi Ltd with a supervising authority. If User is intending to use one of the aforementioned rights, User shall send a mail or an email (legal@amatoshi.com) to Amatoshi Ltd.
Storage of personal data
We strive to limit the period of Personal data processing to the necessary minimum and not to store them for longer than is reasonably necessary. We may keep information that we may need to resolve any disputes, enforce our agreements with you and provide you with the possibility to use our Services, protect legal rights, and comply with technical and legal requirements and constraints related to the security and operation of our Services for as long as it is reasonably necessary or required.

Merchant responsabilities
- By accessing or using the Services, You represent and warrant that You are eligible to do so.
- In order to complete the registration, please provide us with an e-mail address and your crypto wallet. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to crypto custody, including but not limited to anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer or know your business (KYC/KYB) requirements.
- You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures within your organization to protect your access to the Services, including safeguarding login credentials and adhering to any recommended security protocols provided by the Company. As a user, You are prohibited from sharing your account access or API key with anyone.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and valid instructions regarding the management and transfer of your digital assets stored within the Services.
- In the event of errors, including accidental ones, such as incorrect payment, failure to meet the minimum order amount required by the selected marketplace, the inability to ship the product to the customer’s country, or any other circumstance preventing Amatoshi.com from completing the order, Amatoshi.com reserves the right to request the customer, where possible, to modify the order or complete the purchase by adding the missing amount. Alternatively, the amount paid may be refunded using the network and cryptocurrency chosen by the site (for example, in USDT via BEP-20), excluding transfer fees, which will remain the responsibility of the user.
Registration and intergration
- Our Services are not directed to children. Access to and use of our Services is only for those over the age of 18 and who has full legal capacity. If You are younger than this or do not have full legal capacity, You shall not use our Services. Any person who acts as a Merchant or provides his/her personal information to us while using our Services represents and warrants that he/she is 18 years of age or older. If You are entering into these Terms on behalf of an entity, such as your employer or the company You work for, You represent that You have the legal authority to bind, and do hereby bind, that entity to these Terms.
- You are responsible for the security of your passwords and for any use of your account on the Website. If You become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or of your account, You agree to notify Amatoshi immediately. We will not be responsible or liable for any damages, liability or losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account. You may not allow any third party to engage in account sharing. You may not allow any third party to buy or sell your account.
- During registration of account and any other time at request You agree to provide us with the information for purposes of ongoing due diligence, identity verification and the detection of money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other financial crime and permit us to keep record of such information in accordance with our AML/ KYC Policy. You agree and warrant that no information You provide at any time will be false, inaccurate or misleading.
